A real statement piece- this ‘Ming’ table epitomises the flamboyant Chinoiserie-influenced period of 1970s American interior design, popularised by the decorator James Mont. It has a lacquered Chinoiserie top, over which an inset smoked
glass top sits. It can be used with or without this glass. The chunky curved legs, table edge & surround are etched brass.
